VPN Client Access for Vendors

Notice: The portal.metrostlouis.org (CITRIX Outside Access) service was decommissioned on July 8, 2025, due to security concerns. All external access must now use our VPN solution.

To maintain secure access to our network for services such as HVAC, application support, and project support, vendors are now required to use the VPN client.

How to Get Started

  1. Access the VPN Documentation:
    A password is required to access the documentation link below.

  2. Obtain the Password:
    Please contact your designated Bi-State Development contact to receive the password needed to access the documentation and download the VPN client.
  3. Follow the Instructions:
    The documentation includes:
    • How to install the VPN client
    • Configuration settings
    • Instructions for accessing services
